This is a very new one (barely 3 years old) but it is very useful if we are to increase the quality of the build and deliver easier to maintain and cheaper to run buildings. This is specially key in large or commercial buildings but also houses where the clients want to know they are seeing a return of their investment when they have decided to go for renewable energy or certain upgrades.

Typically the services required focus on:

Maintenance.
Energy consumption and energy certificates.
Insurance.
Tenants queries.
Facilities management.
The preparation of tender documents for maintenance and operation contracts.
