RIBA stage 5

In the RIBA stage 5 , your team will build your project in accordance to the information (written and drawn up) contained in the building contract. They will do so within the agreed programme too. 

I personally like this stage because it is the problem solving stage. and I enjoy working with the construction team to find the best solutions for our clients. 

Surprises? yes. 

Even in the best planned projects, as soon as your contractor begins the work, surprises start to emerge. (Remember how i said , many posts ago, that you should have a contingency fund set aside to deal with surprises? ) 

For clients,however, this tends to be a rather tense time because all they see is chaos where there used to be order. 

An #Arkhlient, on the other hand, will know that you need to break an egg to make a cake and that, just like baking, construction requires mess to deliver real solutions.
