Repurposing rather than buying and retrofitting rather than demolishing could help us achieve more with our budget and it is much better for nature and the environment.

Recently, in a project of ours the client was adamant that they wanted to replace all windows, but after a thorough assessment we discovered that not all required replacing and that some small updates could bring the old windows to the level of performance they required, for a much smaller budget.
