RIBA stage 3: Spatial coordination

In Stage 3, the strategy developed in Stage 2 will be developed in detail and by the end of this stage, architectural layout, building services and structure will all be designed and coordinated by the lead designer and the Costing information will be able to be compared with the Project Budget and aligned if necessary. Should design simplification be required to achieve this

As an #arkhlient , throughout this stage you should look back to your priorities to stay on track. Failing to do this, you could guide the entire team in a direction that will result in a design that is not achievable and going back to it could feel like a compromise too many.
