As we have discussed in the past, the Plan of Works, where the RIBA stages come from, is a tool developed by RIBA to help architects interact with the rest of the industry.
Today, I will discuss Stage 2: This is THE design stage . The time when you will focus on getting the design right and ensure that the look and feel of
the project reflects who you are but most importantly, that the resulting layout works for you and your needs.
It is an exciting time when the heart can take hold of us and hence my advice to you would be to be methodical in how you approach the many layers of information you will need to evaluate to reach a final decision
