Planning your steps strategically and taking your time before you start is important for many reasons but one that eludes most people is that as soon as you start, expenses begin to accumulate.

I have found that most clients do not give themselves enough time to do this. They just know something is not working, have sought out inspiration online or in magazines, and believe that a full demolition to facilitate the direct implementation of those ideas is the only way forward.
